All I can say is this place, and the owners/trainers are absolutely amazing! Three and a half months of intense training, not just physically but also mentally. Show date came along and boom! Took home not one, but two trophies. It was definitely a learning experience full of lessons I'll be able to take with me as I continue to progress in my fitness journey.
