Chris Nguyen

Chris has over 20 years of training experience and has developed a reputation for helping clients in all walks of life move better, manage pain, and optimize their performance. Chris’s vast background in sports, including basketball, track/cross country, volleyball, tennis, and golf has honed his understanding of biomechanics and sport specific performance demands. Chris enjoys weight training and running, and is a mentor and coach to many.
